In line with the vision of the University of Caloocan City, the UCC Libraries will be an active and visible partner of the institution in the enhancement of an individual’s cognitive development through substantive learning materials. The UCC libraries aspire to be the school community’s center of valuable and truthful academic references.
The mission of UCC Library is to provide adequate learning resources for the students, faculty, alumni, and members of the school community. The libraries also aim to be at par with the global technological advances and make them available for the use of the whole academic institution.
1. To provide a strong and balanced collection relevant to the needs of users and aligned to the university programs. (Collection Development)

4. To develop and train library staff, by providing an environment conducive to the practice of their daily tasks and inspiring them to commit to continuing professional education. (Personnel Development)
