Mr. Snarski has been involved in education for the past sixteen years. He began his teaching career at Ferris High School in Jersey City, and has been a part of the Union City School District for the past fifteen years. He is currently Assistant Principal at Robert Waters Elementary School. Mr. Snarski's coaching career spans just over two decades. He began coaching at a young age as part of the Union City Summer Recreation Swim Team in 2000. He served as Head Coach for three years, and then served as the Emerson High School Boys Head Swim Coach. When the two high school programs were combined to form the UCHS program, Mr. Snarski was appointed Boys Head Swim Coach. Some of his career high-lights include leading the Emerson Boys Swim Team to capturing the H.C.I.A.L. Division Championship in 2007; leading the UCHS Boys Swim Team to capturing the H.C.I.A.A. Division Championship in 2012; as well as leading the UCHS Boys Swim Team to multiple runs in the N.J.S.I.A.A. State Tournament.
Mr. Sinagra has been working within the Union City School District for the past sixteen years. His personal experience as a swimmer lends to his philosophy that hard work and dedication always equals to success within the sport. Mr. Sinagra swam competitively for Montclair State University and began coaching in Union City in 2005. He served as the final Head Coach for the Union Hill High School Boys Swim Team from 2005 to 2008. When the two high school programs were combined to form the UCHS program, Mr. Sinagra was appointed Boys Assistant Swim Coach alongside Head Coach Anthony Snarski until 2015. In the fall of that year, Mr. Sinagra was appointed to the position of Girls Head Swim Coach. Since accepting that position, the UCHS Girls Swim Team has won six All County and Division Championships, in 2016, 2017,2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022.
Mr. Petric has been a teacher within the Union City School District for the last 9 years. He is currently a teacher at Jefferson Elementary School, working with students in Pre-K to 4th grade. Mr. Petric is a product of the Union City School System. He is also a product of the Emerson High School Boys Swim team where he swam from 2003 to 2005 and was appointed team captain. He prides himself on working with youngsters of all ages in realizing their academic and athletic potential. Mr. Petric has been coaching within the Union City School District for the past 9 years - two as Head Coach of the Summer Recreation Swim Team, six as UCHS Girls Assistant Swim Coach, and now as Head Coach for the Boys Swim Team.
Ms. Rosales is a product of Union City Swimming herself. Having swam from 2011 to 2015 for Union City High School, Ms. Rosales returned in order to give back to the program and community she loves. In the fall of 2022, Ms. Rosales was appointed to the position of UCHS Girls Assistant Swim Coach, working primarily with new swimmers and introducing them to the sport. Aside from her coaching duties, Ms. Rosales is also a first year Chemistry teacher at Jose Marti STEM Academy.
