Cebu City--In a nail-biting finish, the University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue (UCLM) Baby Webmasters secured their spot in the CESAFI Season 23 Men's Basketball Tournament Final Four after a dramatic 77-82 victory over the CIT-U Baby Wildcats last Sunday, November 19, 2023. 

The game went down to the wire, with both teams exchanging baskets throughout the contest. Stepping up for UCLM was Geo Rey Lumagod, who poured in a team-high 25 points to propel his team to victory. This win solidifies their lead in the high school division, boasting an impressive 8-1 record.
