Students may borrow a maximum of two (2) books at a time for library or overnight use.
Circulation, Filipiniana and Subject Supplementary books can be borrowed for overnight use while Fiction books can be borrowed for one (1) week.
General References, Theses or Research Paper, Periodicals and Vertical File Clippings are for “LIBRARY USE ONLY”
Photocopying of articles and excerpts from books may be allowed for personal and private use.
Abstract of Theses or Research Paper is the only part that will be allowed for photocopying.
Freshmen and sophomores may borrow books for overnight use starting eleven o’clock in the morning (11:00am)
Juniors, Seniors and Evening Session students may borrow books for overnight use starting four o’clock in the afternoon (4:00pm).
Faculty may borrow a maximum of five (5) books for two weeks.
Borrowing books for overnight use will not be allowed two weeks before the start of the Periodical and Final Examinations.
Damaged materials beyond normal usage may be replaced with the same title or shall be paid for based on the current price plus processing fee.
Missing / torn pages in any borrowed library materials must be reported immediately to the librarian.
Library patrons caught bringing out library materials taken without permission shall be dealt with disciplinary action.
Students are required to secure their Borrower’s Card to avail themselves of the library services. This can be obtained from the library and this card is non-transferable. Each student is held responsible for the library card charged out to his/her name.
Lost borrower’s card shall be reported to the Librarian immediately and may be replaced after five days and corresponding amount must be paid.
Materials not returned on time are subject to overdue fine (Php 5.00 per day)
Books borrowed for overnight and for one week may be returned between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Library users with overdue books or with outstanding obligation to the library will not be allowed to borrow unless all library accounts are settled.
Lost book must be reported immediately to the librarian.
A lost book must be replaced by the same title / latest edition / related subject or must be paid based on the current market price plus processing fee.
