ANVESHAN- Agripreneurship Orientation Program

             Agripreneurship orientation program is aimed at providing an opportunity to students/youth to work on their innovative ideas by imparting two months training cum hands on internship with other startups. Guided by experienced and innovative startups, they will be able to understand business concepts/nuances, strategy and practical insights of specific industries or markets, challenges and strategies to resolve them.

After successful completion of the two months orientation program, KRISHIK- UAS, Dharwad Agri Business Incubator will facilitate incorporation of entities for all viable business ideas by the above mentioned interns. After that, these startups will be eligible for Idea/Pre-Seed Stage Funding, grant-in- aid up to Rs.5/- lakhs

Objectives

 a.    To nurture potential agripreneurs by providing training cum internship with other startups to  

      provide them practical, technical and business insights. 

 b.    To create and nurture a pipeline of agripreneurs for incubators.

 c.    To make pursuing entrepreneurship related to innovative ideas an attractive career option 

      among other a viable career choices.

Eligibility Criteria

a.    Applicants should propose one innovative idea based on technology, service, business platforms etc., increasing efficiency in agriculture and allied sector. 

 b.    Applicants are expected to pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations full time.

 d.   Applicants should have an initial business plan/ proposal for the idea they intend to pursue.

Selection Process of Interns for Agripreneurship Orientation

a.    KRISHIK- Agri Business Incubator shall announce the program

 b.    All applicants for this program will apply as per the prescribed format (Application Form).

 c.    The selection of Agripreneurs that have an innovative idea based on technology, service, Business platforms etc. and interest in pursuing their entrepreneurial aspirations full time, shall be done by the R-ABI Incubation Committee (RIC), UAS, Dharwad.

 d.   Under this program, KRISHIK- Agri Business Incubator, UAS, Dharwad will select a batch of 30 Agripreneurs that have a workable innovative idea. Short listed applicants after preliminary screening will be called to presentation their proposal before the committee at their own cost.

Funding Support

 a.    A stipend of Rs 10,000/- per month will be granted to these interns for two months during the hands on training period.

 b.    Idea/ Pre-Seed Stage Funding: under this, subsistence grant of 90 percent up to a maximum of Rs. 5/- lakhs through R-ABIs will be provided to interns who have successfully completed the initial two months of Agripreneurship orientation program and are aspiring to convert their innovative idea based on technology, service, business platforms etc. into a prototype/ product. Startups supported for idea/pre-seed stage funding will be eligible for obtaining next stage of Seed Stage Funding after evaluation by RKVY-RAFTAAR Unit, DAC & FW, GoI.

“ಅನ್ವೇಷಣ”– ಕೃಷಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತಾ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ

 ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಕಾಸ ಯೋಜನೆ – ರಫ್ತಾರ ಘಟಕ, ಭಾರತ ಸರಕಾರದ ಕೃಷಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರೈತರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ, ನವದೆಹಲಿ ಬೆಂಬಲಿತ “ಕೃಷಿಕ” – ಕೃಷಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಪೋಷಣ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕೃ. ವಿ. ವಿ., ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವ “ಕೃಷಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತಾ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ” 

 ಕೃಷಿ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ನವೀನ ಯೋಚನೆ, ಯೋಜನೆ, ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ವಿಚಾರಧಾರೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಯುವಕ-ಯುವತಿಯರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ-ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು, ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರ ರೈತ/ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಆಸಕ್ತರಿಂದ ಕೃಷಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಶೀಲತಾ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೈಯಾಸರೆ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದಲ್ಲದೇ, ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ರೂ. 10,000/- ಸ್ಟೈಪಂಡ್ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಸದರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಸಂಭಾವ್ಯ ನವೋದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆ/ವಿನೂತನ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ/ಉತ್ಪನ/ಕೃಷಿ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಗರಿಷ್ಟ ರೂ. 5.00 ಲಕ್ಷದವರೆಗಿನ ಶೇ. 90 ರಷ್ಟು  ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಕೃಷಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಪೋಷಣ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವದು. 

 ಕೃಷಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ವಿನೂತನ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆ/ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರ/ವಿಚಾರಧಾರೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಯುವಕ-ಯುವತಿಯರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ-ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು, ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರ ರೈತ/ರೈತ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಆಸಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯ ಕೈಯಾಸರೆ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನುರಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಿಂದ ತರಬೇತಿ/ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನಾ ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿ/ ತಂತ್ರಗಾರಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ, ಉದ್ಯಮವಲಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವ ತಂತ್ರಗಾರಿಕೆ ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತಾ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.  

 ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಪೂರೈಸಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೃಷಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಪೋಷಣ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಸಾಧುವಾದ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿನೂತನ ಕೃಷಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮಗಳ (sಣಚಿಡಿಣuಠಿs) ಅವಿಷ್ಕಾರ/ಯೋಚನಾ ಲಹರಿ/ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ/ಕೃಷಿಸೇವೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಸದರಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು ರೂ. 5.00 ಲಕ್ಷದವರೆಗೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ಹಂತದ ಧನಸಹಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. 

ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳು:

1. ಸಂಭಾವ್ಯ ಕೃಷಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿನೂತನ ಕೃಷಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಔದ್ಯೋಗಿಕ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು.

2. ಕೃಷಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಸಂಭಾವ್ಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೃಷಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಪೋಷಣ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವುದು. 

3. ಕೃಷಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿರುವ ನಾವಿನ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣ ಯೋಜನೆ/ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ/ವಿಚಾರದಾರೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಆಕರ್ಷಕ ಸ್ವಯಂವೃತ್ತಿ ನೆಲೆ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು. 

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳು:

1. ಕೃಷಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೃಷಿ ಪೂರಕ ವಲಯಗಳ ದಕ್ಷತೆ/ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ/ಸೇವೆಯ ಉದ್ಯಮ ನೆಲೆಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ಒಂದು ವಿನೂತನ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು. 

2. ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಪೂರ್ಣಾವಧಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಹೊಂದುವ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

3. ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ತಮ್ಮ ನವೀನ/ನಾವಿನ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃಧ್ದಿಗಾಗಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಔದ್ಯೋಗಿಕ ಯೋಜನೆ/ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.

ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ:

1. “ಕೃಷಿಕ” –ಕೃಷಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಪೋಷಣ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕೃ. ವಿ. ವಿ., ಧಾರವಾಡ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. 

2. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿಚ್ಚಿಸುವವರು ನಿಗದಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. 

3. ಪೂರ್ಣಾವಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಲು ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿನೂತನ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ಸೇವಾವಲಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಉತ್ಸುಕರಾಗಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೃವಿವಿಯ ಆಯ್ಕೆ  ಸಮಿತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. 

4. ಕೃಷಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮದ ಕಾರ್ಯಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದ ನವೀನ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ 30 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಮಂಡಿಸಲು ಸ್ವಂತ ಖರ್ಚಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕಾಗುವುದು.

ಅನುದಾನ:

1. ಸದರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳ ಸನಿವಾಸ (ಡಿesiಜeಟಿಣiಚಿಟ) ತರಬೇತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ  ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ರೂ. 10,000/- ಸ್ಟೈಫಂಡ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

2. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಪೂರೈಸಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಾವಧಿ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಗರಿಷ್ಟ ರೂ. 5.00 ಲಕ್ಷದವರೆಗೆ (ಶೇ. 90) ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ನವೋದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಕಾಸ ಯೋಜನೆ – ರಫ್ತಾರ ಘಟಕ, ಭಾರತ ಸರಕಾರದ ಕೃಷಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರೈತರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀಡಲು ಶಿಫಾರಸು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ವಿಸ್ತøತ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು: 

1. ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ  ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ 60 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಆರಂಭಿಕ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು “ಕೃಷಿಕ” –ಕೃಷಿ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಪೋಷಣ ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ಕೃ. ವಿ. ವಿ., ಧಾರವಾಡ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. 

2. ಸದರಿ ತರಬೇತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ನಾವೀನ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆ/ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಕ್ಷಿಸಲು/ಪರಿಸ್ಕರಿಸಲು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವುದು.
