NB-ICAD at UAS Dharwad was inaugurated by Dr. Jeanie Borlaug Laube, Daughter of Dr. Norman Borlaug, and  chair Borlaug Global Rust Initiative (BGRI), USA on 5th January 2018 at College Auditorium, UAS Dharwad campus.  

The Honorable Vice-Chancellor UAS Dharwad, Dr. D. P. Biradar, Director, Vegetable & Fruit Improvement Center, TAMU, USA, Dr. Bhimu Patil, the board members, and Special Officer (Seeds) Dr. N.K. Biradarpatil were present
