As part of Universal Audenried Charter High School’ s continued commitment to our scholars’ overall success and health, we've created a space to provide you with the information needed to help you with the process.
Hi, I'm Nurse Williams!! I am a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of nursing experience in various settings.
As the School Nurse, I am able to provide emergency aid to scholars who become sick or injured, administer prescription medicine as prescribed by a licensed practitioner and conduct the State mandated health screenings.
During these trying times, please feel free to reach out to me and I will assist you to the best of my ability. Although I am not able to give you a diagnosis or prescribe any form of treatment, I am able to guide you in the direction you may need to go,
