In this portfolio you will find my repositories and writing coursework pertaining to my courses at the University of Little Rock (UALR). I am hoping to showcase my love for engineering and my accomplishments within academics, reflecting on the things that I have learned and how they incorporate into my role as a successful college student
Some interesting tid-bits about me are that I am an avid reader, I have read all throughout my childhood and it has become a big part of my life being one of my favorite hobbies that I partake in daily. I've been playing videogames since I was very little my first gaming experiences being on the original Xbox with my Dad. I am also a fitness guru, I've been training since I was 15. I don't like playing sports, but I do like to stay fit through weight training, calisthenics, and distance running.
Attending UALR has been a fun experience staying close to home and working has made for interesting life balancing, but I enjoy the busyness. I am learning a lot and am hopeful to learn even more.
I've always been a fairly strong writer throughout my life. In high school I feel my writing really began to flourish, due to the increase in the amount of writing assignments that I had to complete in many different areas of study. I wrote essays in engineering, history, english, and science classes. I learned that writing is applicable to different areas all throughout life and to be proficient at writing is an important skill.
My writing aptitude and engineering mindset has led me to the world of programming. I am currently proficient in C++, C, and Python. Using my skills to develop solutions in data management, automation of processes, and AI.
