What: 

Project 4 is a four-week unit that culminates with a Portfolio. You will spend Weeks 13-16 crafting a multimodal reflection to anchor your portfolio. Additionally, you will develop your portfolio elements, complete discussion board posts, and give classmates feedback as you build your Google Sites portfolio.

Why:

Project 4 will help you see what you have learned this year. Thinking about your learning will help reinforce it (as you know from previous projects). Additionally, it will create a portfolio you can (and should) update as you work towards your degree.

This assignment will help you:

• Demonstrate your understanding of the writing process by showing how you used writing processes in your work.

• Illustrate your ability to consider and adapt to rhetorical situations.

• Practice using multimodal elements

• Reflect on your learning and growth during this class and use it as a tool to improve your writing.

How:

Assignments in this unit include a multimodal reflection artifact, discussion posts, peer feedback, and writing/revision activities to create a Google Sites portfolio.

When:

Your completed portfolio is due Sunday, May 11 (the end of Week 16). Your activities and discussion board posts are due weekly. Please see the weekly schedules for details, although most assignments are due Wednesdays and Sundays.
