Mastermathmentor - Stu Schwartz has great resources for AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Statistics, and Pre-Calculus. Some materials require a fee, but many are free.

Khan Academy has come a long way - the instructors for these courses seem very credible and these could be a great resource for your students
Texas Instruments has resources to help AP Calculus teachers prepare for the exams. There are videos for many of the released free response questions - you can search by year or topic.
