The purpose of this study titled Power in the Period: Understanding the Relationship
Between Sport Performance Perceptions and Menstrual Cycle is to examine how different phases and sub-phases of menstrual cycle affect high-performance women athletes’ perceptions of their sport performance.
What’s involved?
You will be asked to 1) track 3 complete menstrual cycles using ovulation test strips and a
custom built app. (about 2 min daily); 2) completing a survey (~30 mins) at 6 strategic time points throughout the cycle tracking; and completing an interview (~45-60 mins) at 7 strategic time points throughout cycle tracking.
Participation will occur over 3-5 months.

The purpose if this study we are excited to explore sport performance perceptions and measured sport performance with adaptive psychological constructs over time.
What's Involved?
You will be asked to complete a series of surveys over a year that will take about 3-5 hours over the course of the year.
