Payment: All prices are in Canadian dollars ($ CAD) and are subject to 5% GST.

Speaker: Only one presenter per paper. Registration must be completed by the author registration deadline of October 16, 2026.
Refund Policy: Prior to and including October 19, 2026, any cancellation will be charged a $250 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancelled registrations after
October 19, 2026. Transfer of registrations can be made up to November 25, 2026. Any stop payments will be subject to a $250 processing fee.
VISA Letter Requests
Please email uageoctr@ualberta.ca for all visa requests or questions.
Visa letters will be issued only to fully paid registrants. When requesting a visa letter, please include your full name as it appears on your passport, your home address and your passport number and country of issue.
In case of visas being denied, attendees will be issued a refund less an administration fee. See terms and conditions.
