Authors

This year’s event will include invited speakers and technical presentations. We are accepting abstracts and proposals for speakers on a variety of topics.

Authors will have the option to submit a full paper or a two-page extended abstract. Students will be required to submit a full paper.

Speaker Registration Fee: $1100 CAD plus 5% GST. Only one presenter per paper. Registration must be completed by the author registration deadline of October 16, 2026.

The template is for the title slide only. You are free to use your own template for the rest of your presentation.

Each presentation will be 20 minutes in length. Please allow 1-2 minutes for your introduction, 13-15 minutes for the presentation, and the remaining time for Q&A.
