Immunometabolism describes the intracellular metabolic pathways that occur in immune cells, which supplies energy and substrate to accomodate the needs of the cell. The immunometabolic profile of a cell is highly adaptive and closely linked to the immune cell's activation status and function.

Our lab is interested in identifying molecular targets and agents that can modulate immunometabolism to achieve therapeutic effects.
