Who Should I Contact For...

If you have a request, you can submit your request to ua.support@amii.ca, and your request will be assigned to the appropriate team member. Once your request has been assigned, you will get an automated response letting you know who will be working on your request; they will contact you directly with any questions or if any further info is required to complete your request. 
** If you have an immediate/time-sensitive request, please ensure to indicate this in the subject line of the email message.


If you have already been working with an admin team member on a specific request, you do not need to resubmit that request through the ticketing system.
