Incoming Elective Application

Transplant elective rotations are offered on the following services:

• Kidney Transplant

• Lung Transplant

• Transplant Infectious Diseases

Please visit the Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME) Incoming Elective Information page for incoming elective requirements and information. Please note paperwork for Canadian applicants must be received 3 months in advance of the elective start date and for international applicants, 6 months in advance.

To apply for an incoming elective rotation, please contact Shatha Sulaiman at transplant.fellowships@ualberta.ca with your preferred dates.

Upon program approval of the requested rotation dates, submit the required incoming elective documents to transplant.fellowships@ualberta.ca for program authorization and confirmation.
