Foundations, Connections and Community
We are therefore hoping to find Connections between research that brings us together.
We also want to highlight the importance and meaning of graduate research in KSR and believe that the three theme words encompass areas of importance.
Some research involves direct relations with respective Communities and we want to highlight that aspect.
Other research Connects findings to their recipients (i.e., is disseminated) to improve people's lives through sport, recreation, and leisure.
We also acknowledge that some research in our faculty is Foundational and does not directly apply to people outside the research community, and in those cases, we want to emphasize the importance of such knowledge without needing it to apply to health or wellness.
