Did you know a group of iguanas is called a "mess?" Join the mess and become a Change Champion!
Change Champions are individuals who are passionate about transformation and committed to making a positive impact within their teams and academic units. They serve as the bridge between the project team and their colleagues, helping to bring the vision of Grad Slate to life and ensuring a smooth, effective transition.
As a Change Champion, you will:
Inspire and Engage: Share the vision and benefits of Grad Slate with colleagues, energizing those who may be just learning about the change.
Support and Guide: Act as the first point of contact for questions in your area, helping your colleagues feel motivated and supported throughout the transition.
Lead by Example: Adopt new practices and model the desired behaviors that will drive the successful adoption of Grad Slate.
Contribute to Success: Collaborate with the project team to share insights, refine strategies, and guide colleagues in learning new ways of working.
Track Progress: Monitor the readiness of your team, identify areas that need additional support, and ensure everyone is prepared for the go-live date.
Develop New Skills: Participate in training sessions to build your own expertise and help empower your colleagues to succeed with Grad Slate.
