P.O.IN.T is a brand new team at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (FoPPS). Our lab is located in the Katz buidling, and we have a lot of spaces and projects to onboard new members !
For students:
Undergraduate : we are looking for part-time undergraduate student to conduct clinical data data analysis and litterature review.
Graduate students : P.O.IN.T is hiring a Master Student to focus on metaomics studies of fungal and parasitic pathogens. Expected start date: January 2026.
Post-doctoral scholar job offer: A formal job offer will be posted soon on the University of Alberta website. If you are looking for a postdoctoral opportunity focused on complex in vitro models to study antimicrobial susceptibility testing, please get in touch with us. Expected start date: September 2025.
