ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR for non UofA Medical Students and Residents:
Hospital / School Identification – Please bring your home school ID badges. Temporary ones can be made by Alberta Health Services on your arrival for your elective for a fee of $15.
NetCare and Connect Care Access – Access to NetCare and Connect care can be granted for electives that require it. Access is granted on an as-needed basis and as-requested basis. This access must be requested 6 weeks prior to the elective start date. Any requests after this time will not be accommodated. Please speak to your preceptor to confirm whether or not access is necessary. If necessary, please act on this as soon as possible to ensure that it is set up in time for your arrival.
Connect Care Access-
For Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, please ensure you have access to:
Inpatients: under Patient lists you can find the current inpatient list for each team by going to available lists, EDM WMC STOLLERY CHILDRENS HOSPITAL and then select provider teams Peds Hematology or Peds Oncology.

Medical Students: Pagers can be picked up and returned to the Undergraduate Medical Education Office (Katz 1-002)
Residents: Pagers can be picked up and returned to the Postgraduate Medical Education Office (2-76 Zeidler Ledcor Centre).
