The PEAR lab is an interdisciplinary research network hub that focuses on understanding how rehabilitation, digital, and healthcare technologies used in community and healthcare settings can foster healthy aging and ultimately, the wellbeing of older adults and their caregivers.

Accelerate: To speed up implementation and technological adoption of rehabilitation, digital and healthcare technologies.
Enable: To include a range of views by building meaningful partnerships with stakeholders in order to co-design and co-develop rehabilitation, digital and healthcare technologies for older adults and their caregivers.
Engage: To support and promote innovative, cross-disciplinary graduate training and mentorship in all aspects of technological interventions for older adults.
Mobilize: To disseminate the research findings in order to benefit older adults and their caregivers.
