Do you like wine? Do you like Survivor?

Well, if you said yes to both, or at least yes to wine, the Pandas Volleyball Foundation Wine Survivor fundraiser is for you!

Here's how it works:

• Make a tribe of 5 members and create a tribe name
• Each tribe member registers and pays the $40 entry fee to be entered into the game (you will have to register individually, but one person can pay for the tribe)
• Names will be drawn from the entered tribe members - the name drawn is eliminated
• If you are the last tribe member standing, you take home the winnings

The $40 entry fee can be paid by cash, cheque, or e-transfer.
