UofA STUDENTS: DO NOT enter the elective in CALLY until you have received an ELECTIVE APPROVAL email from nampelec@ualberta.ca.

If you need to CANCEL your elective, you must advise the electives contact asap.
There are often other learners on waitlists who can fill vacated elective spots.

The Anesthesiology department accepts one learner at a time at the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital. The on site Family Medicine Residency program reserves 6 blocks per year for a core rotation for the first year residents. There is a high demand for undergrad electives, so it is advised that students request electives starting in May for the following academic year.
