NorQuest Reader 1 Project

The NorQuest Reader 1 Project consists of a book with 15 English stories, and a CD. The CD contains all 15 stories, as well as video clips of the text in American Sign Language (ASL). Words and phrases that may be difficult for some learners are linked to pictures or plain language definitions. Reading comprehension activities are included for each story. Each story also offers pre-reading activities to prepare learners for reading the story, and post-reading activities for learners to complete after they have read the story.
