The information below only applies to guests staying at the Chateau Lake Louise under our group plan. If you are not staying in the Chateau and are interested in taking part in the meal plan, contact us at llwi@ualberta.ca for information.
The meal plan begins on Sunday evening, and goes until Saturday morning. The conference has booked rooms for all of our meals, and only those are covered in the meal plan. Please look at the program in Indico for details.
Your conference badge is needed to access the restaurants where we will be served.
If you have someone accompanying you and you booked double accommodation, they have access to the meal plan.Â
If you book single accommodation but want to bring a plus-one to the dinner on Thursday, you can buy a "ticket". Contact the organizers.
The receptions on Sunday and Tuesday are separate from the meal plan. You are welcome to bring a plus-one regardless of their meal plan status.
We have a buffet for lunch every day. If you want, you can opt for a lunch voucher and grab something from the Chateau's cafeteria instead. This works well if you want to have lunch outside or if you prefer to go skiing as soon as the sessions are over.
