Launch Learning

Your group will record ALL responses to the learning activities within ONE google form. Only submit one google form for each group.

As your team works through the activities, please review all Interprofessional Competency descriptions within the form that highlight the competencies incorporated into the Launch's learning activities. 

Please note, for students enrolled in INT D 403, this form will be used to confirm your attendance.

Importantly, respond to all of the questions in the google form as you move through the Launch activities. The form will be automatically saved but keep it open on your device. You will need to complete all responses before moving on to the next activity.
