Well, he sorta did! OK, not really but we did use Deweyan principles in designing our HPE MEd cohort and are engaged in ongoing research with our members.
Our first paper was published in the Journal of Teaching in Physical Education, with a follow-up in the works. Perhaps the most exciting is our current project featuring a 5 year post-degree follow up with the members of our first cohort to determine long term professional and contextual impact.
