The Actions feature lets you earn experience points (XP) by completing a variety of tasks in French at home (e.g., listening to the radio) or out and about (e.g., greeting someone in French).

The FP features several Badges (Courage, Diversity, Erudition, Loyalty, Variety, and Velocity) that you can earn by completing a variety of tasks (for example, you can earn the “Diversity” badge by participating in three activities that highlight different Francophone ethno-cultural communities). When you earn a badge, it becomes visible, and you will receive a congratulations message. If you manage to earn all the badges, you’ll receive the Franco-Trophy badge!

Campaigns are challenges that you can choose to accept or decline. They may involve completing a certain number of activities or quizzes within a set time frame. By completing a campaign, you’ll earn extra EXP points. 

In the Events section, you’ll find all the activities you can participate in with the FP. Each activity is described in detail (e.g., required skills, difficulty level, location, description, number of points, etc.). If events are grayed out, it means they are upcoming. If events are colored, it means they are active, and you can participate in them. You have the option to receive a notification every time a new activity is added.

By going to the Home page, you'll have access to a list of community events, quizzes, and polls available on the FP.  

The Inventory lists of all the gifts you've purchased in the store using your Star Points.

The Leaderboard ranks the top teams based on the total XP points earned by their members. The teams with the most XP points appear at the top of the leaderboard.

The Library offers a wide variety of resources (e.g., podcasts, websites, grammar exercises) on the French language and Francophone cultures. These resources are freely accessible. 

Your Profile includes information about you, such as the number of events you’ve attended, the total number of hours you’ve spent participating in activities, your level of experience, your proficiency in each of the four core skills, and the number of badges you’ve earned. You can advance to the next level by earning XP points. You can customize your profile by adding a photo or creating a program tailored to your needs. You can also select the language in which you want to use the FP and choose to receive notifications when new events are posted on the app. 

You can access the Personal Program by clicking “Edit Profile” in the Profile section. This program allows you to set goals in terms of the number of French-language activities you want to participate in and/or the number of actions you want to complete over a given period. If you reach your goal, you will be rewarded.  

You can take quizzes on topics related to the French language and Francophone cultures. You’ll earn XP points and star points every time you answer a quiz correctly. The quizzes come in a variety of formats. If you complete more than 15 quizzes, you’ll receive the Erudition badge.

The Recommendations feature lets you recommend the app to your friends and earn XP points if they start using the app too.

In the Store, you'll find all the items you can purchase with your Star Points. The price of Star Point gifts and the number of gifts available are listed, along with a brief description. Please note that gifts are only available for a limited time. You can select the item(s) you wish to purchase to receive a notification when the number of Star Points you’ve accumulated approaches the price of the item.  

The Survey lets you share your thoughts on a variety of topics. By taking surveys, you’ll earn XP points. You can also take post-event surveys about specific events. You can send your responses to these post-event surveys to your instructor if they’re registered on the app.

The Teams feature allows you to create different types of teams (family, student group, organization, and classroom). Participation in these teams can be “open” (anyone can join) or “by invitation” (members join the team upon invitation from the captain). The team captain can customize their team (e.g., choose an image) and invite members to attend an event. If all members attend, they earn extra points.

The Transactions feature allows you to view a list of the transactions you have made with the FP (e.g., events you have attended).
