This elective is a fantastic opportunity for R2s who are close to transitioning into independent practice in a safe and supportive environment.

If the resident is interested in learning botox for migraines, they should read the highlights of the PREEMPT study. If the resident is interested in some cosmetics, the preceptor can send over some material to read ahead of time on botox/PRP/microneedling.
Preceptor:
There are several doctors in the clinic the resident can work with, but the main contact/preceptor would be Dr Brenden Kunimoto. Dr Kunimoto graduated from our rural program in Grande Prairie.
