The Offer: Robust evaluation is essential for funding and improvement, but it’s hard to find the time to do it right. 

Our "Evaluators in Training" can support the development of an evaluation framework for your initiative.

What you get from a 5-6 person team:

• Custom Evaluation Framework: A structured evaluation plan tailored to your context, needs and available resources. Depending on your project, deliverables may include:

  • Identification of the most appropriate type of evaluation (e.g., developmental, process, formative, summative or impact)

  • Interest/Stakeholder Mapping

  • Theory or change and/or Logic model

  • Evaluation questions and indicators

  • Recommendations for data collection and analysis

  • Knowledge mobilization strategy

• Professional Standards: Work informed by the Canadian Evaluation Society’s competencies for evaluation practice.

Timeline: 

• Winter Term (January - April).

• 1-2h per week to work with a team, as well as time to provide feedback on products.
