5:00pm – Guest Sign in/door prize tickets/Bingo cards

5:15pm – Opening speeches

5:30pm – Mixer begins/Networking Bingo starts

DRESS CODE

NO denim
NO sweatpants, hoodies, or active wear
NO distressed/ripped clothing
NO baseball caps
NO graphic tees

PARKING

Upon arrival, guests will be guided by our security team to the overflow (gravel) parking area located on the right-hand side as they enter the property. Once the overflow lot is full, guests will then be directed to the RGC parking lot.

Kindly note that the RGC parking lot is primarily reserved for members and is used only after a certain parking threshold has been reached.

Once the RGC parking lot reaches its capacity, guests will be guided to the Victoria Park parking area located behind RGC. From there, a designated walking path through the trees provides convenient access back to the club.

To help reduce congestion and ensure a smoother arrival experience, we kindly recommend carpooling or using ride-share services such as Uber if possible.
