Registration

The number of places is limited to 50. Participants coming with gaming computers satisfying the technical requirements for VR and/or VR headset have priority.

• Fill the form (or see below) by September 26th, 2018 (extended) .
• Deadline for submissions: September 20th, 2018 (extended).
• Acceptance of submissions: September 24th, 2018.
• Registration fee: 45 Eur. (*)
• Proceed to payment: Requiered credit card. Choose option "International Meeting of Neotrie VR"
• Send the proof of payment to jlrodri@ual.es

(*) It includes printed materials, free access to talks, workshops, exhibitions, and live videogames events. Cofee breaks are also included.

Students under 17 who come with their school teacher have free registration fee. Others, please contact with organizers. The allowed number of students is limited.
