Eligibility:
Students must have Maths, Physics and Chemistry in their 10+2 or equivalent, with a preferred score above 80%, along with a preferred score above 75% in any of the following: JEE Mains / any state common entrance examination in engineering /
BITSAT / other national or international engineering entrance examinations / SAT .
The medium of education in 10th and 10+2 must be English.

Electronic student application. The application fee is waived for students in the integrated master's program.
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
No more than 3 course repetitions are allowed from HITAM courses.
English proficiency. One of the following conditions must be met:
TOEFL iBT 79 (all sub-scores must be 18 or higher)
IELTS 6.0 (all sub-scores must be 6.0 or higher)
Duolingo 100 (all sub-scores must be 95 or higher)
Complete student applications must be received by UAH by February 15. UAH will make decisions and provide admission letters within 30 days.
An Affidavit of Financial Support with appropriate bank documents must be submitted before an I-20 form is issued.

Students must arrive in early August.
A prospective student will submit an application through the normal online UAH Undergraduate Admissions process. The student will automatically be prompted for official transcripts, English language proficiency information, and a passport. When these have been submitted, the application can be reviewed by the UAH International Admissions Office.
Upon admittance to the University of Alabama in Huntsville, the student will receive emails notifying them of their status. They can also review this in their online Charger Status account. Additionally, the student will receive an email from the Office of International Services with directions for how to access their secure international student advising portal, where the student may request an I-20.
During their first year at UAH, students will be enrolled as undergraduates. Students in the integrated MS Software Engineering program will be randomly assigned either to the BS Computer Engineering in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering or to the BS Computer Science in the Department of Computer Science. Students in the integrated Aerospace Systems Engineering program will be assigned to the BS Aerospace Engineering program in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
Upon making satisfactory progress in their integrated master’s degree program as expected during their first year at UAH, students will automatically be admitted into the appropriate master’s degree program.
