We have partnered with the journal Frontiers in Astronomy and Space Science/Astrostatistics (FrASSA) to offer an opportunity to publish short research notes or full-length research articles as the proceedings of this workshop. This will be accomplished via a peer-reviewed special edition of their journal, in the form of a Research Topic by the title `Advances in the Statistical Treatment of Systematic Errors across the Quantitative Sciences'. This special edition of FrASSA provides an opportunity to publish the (astro)statistics part of papers that otherwise emphasize other scientific results. There are three main options to contribute to this edition:
A-Type Articles: Long Original Research articles
B-Type Articles: Mini Review, Perspective, Brief Research Report
C-Type Articles: Data Report, General Commentary, Opinion
FrASSA does require page charges, like virtually all other peer-reviews and open-access journals. However, the NSF EPSCoR program is also expected to subsidize page charges, especially for students and early-career participants. Therefore this is a unique opportunity for early-career scientists to publish a refereed paper that emphasizes the statistical methods use in their research.
