Leadership and Organizational Behavior Lab

Who we are

We concentrate on ideas and impulses from the discipline and their connection to both organizations in practice and individual development approaches. Trends and developments of organizational and societal settings, as well as questions about individual leadership lifestyles are important to us. We work together with leaders from the field, scientists and colleagues on new topics regarding the design and leadership of organizations. The goal is to develop and experimentally test new concepts and tools for management as well as to make them available in publications and through our learning  & consulting practice.

The LOB Lab offers a platform for interested leaders, managers, experts and consultants, and researchers from various fields to come together for discussing topics and research findings. Discussion  of this kind are organized in workshops, as well as lectures or client-centered events.
