Instructions on how to Prepare CR Submissions before Registration!
All accepted papers of the FNC IWIT 2025 Workshop will be published by Elsevier Science in the open-access Procedia Computer Science series online.
Please register your paper before June 5, 2025 (Firm). Failure to register by this date and submit your Camera-Ready (CR) files on or before June 5, 2025 (Firm) will result in your paper not being included in the proceedings and the final program.Please follow the following steps to prepare and submit your CR paper then register:
=> Step 1: CR Paper (final manuscript)
To prepare your CR paper, follow the reviewers' comments sent to you with the notification e-mail and make sure that you meet the current guidelines of Procedia Computer Science, (Elsevier) while respecting the following recommendations:
The final manuscript must be formatted according to this year's template: MS Word Template, Latex, Template Generic PDF (An Example with IWIT 2025 Title).
=> In the template:
Do not make any changes to the structure of the template as this can lead to production errors.
Do not alter the formatting and style layouts that have been set up in the template document Procedia Computer Science.
Add the names of all authors and their affiliations.
Add * after the corresponding author only (add an asterisk (*) beside his/her name by inserting a footnote).
Add the phone number, fax number, and email address of the corresponding author only at the bottom of the first page.
Write the "FULL NAME of the IWIT 2025 Workshop" in the event title section of the template, not the name of the FNC 2025 Conference, as follows:

Follow the ETHICAL GUIDELINES stated in Elsevier's Publishing Ethics Policy. For instance:
Papers under consideration for publication elsewhere are not allowed for submission (UNETHICAL)!
Already published works in other languages (French, Spanish, etc.) are not allowed for submission (UNETHICAL)!
Simultaneous submissions to different scientific events are not acceptable (UNETHICAL)!
N.B.: Notice that 'NO CHANGES' to the authors' list in the accepted PDF version will be allowed. However, you can update only the OpenReview authors list to be the same as in the accepted PDF file (names and order).
=> Step 2: Number of Pages
The total number of pages for this Workshop is limited to six (6) pages. Two (2) extra pages can be added. But, for each extra page, a fee of €65 will be charged. Therefore, the maximum number of pages (including extra pages) is strictly limited to 8 pages.
=> Step 3: Upload the Revised Version of your accepted paper to the IWHICI 2025 Openreview webpage
After revising your paper accordingly, please consider uploading the Revised Version of your final manuscript via the IWIT 2025 Openreview webpage (by clicking on the Edit button on the top right corner, then select Revision) and THEN Register for the FNC 2025 Conference, considering the next steps.
=> Step 4: FNC2025 Registration
IWIT 2025 Workshop is a hybrid event (in-person, virtually) organized in conjunction with the FNC 2025 Conference.
After accepting your paper in IWIT 2025, ONE of the authors should register the accepted paper ONLY for FNC 2025 (no further registration will be required for IWHICI) to be included in the ANT 2025 proceedings. Therefore, one of the authors must register and pay the registration fees in full before the deadline (June 5, 2025). After registering the Camera-ready of your accepted paper, it will be included in the conference proceedings and then submitted by the FNC 2025 publication chairs to the Elsevier Editor to be published as a Golden Open Access resource in the Procedia Computing Online Series.
Moreover, when registering your paper for FNC2025 through EasyChair, you should confirm whether you will attend the conference/workshop IN PERSON or NOT (Virtually), by selecting the most suited presentation mode for you (in-person or virtually)..
The REGISTRATION of your paper(s) will be handled online using the REGISTRATION webpage.
N.B. : In case you’re not able to attend the conference IN PERSON (after confirming this when registreing your paper via Easychair), we require ONLY that you send before the conference date a PRE-RECORDED video of your paper presentation (including its ppt/pdf) according to the instructions that will be soonly available in IWIT 2025 Website via the Section Attend Virtually.
=> Step 5: Naming and Submission of CR
Name your Workshop CR file using the following format: IWIT_PaperID.pdf
* Where the PaperID is the number you received when you submitted your paper via OpenReview.
=> Step 6: Filling the Excel Sheet with Corresponding Author Information
Download and complete the Author Information file by filling in the required cells for the corresponding author only and save it using the following format: IWIT_PaperID.xls (Do not save it in PDF format!).

=> Step 7: Required File During Registration
You will need to upload a zipped file containing all the following three (3) files in easychair during your registration, while naming it as IWIT_PaperID.zip :
Camera-ready paper in a PDF format (IWIT_PaperID.pdf).
Camera-ready paper source file (MS Word file (IWIT_PaperID.doc) or LaTeX folder (IWIT_PaperID)).
Completed author information file in XLS format (IWIT_PaperID.xls).
Note You may be asked to revise your camera-ready copy if it does not conform to the Procedia Computer Science publishing guidelines, and this will delay the publication date.

After registering and submitting your CE Files, you will receive an email from Elsevier publisher to complete the online copyright form, a few days before the conference date, provided no delays are made by authors because of mistakes encountered in the submitted manuscripts.
