AUTHOR INSTRUCTIONS :
Original, unpublished, untranslated, unsubmitted, and good-quality papers written in English are solicited for presentation at the conference. Prospective authors are invited to submit papers (electronically, PDF format) with no longer than 8 pages (including up to 2 extra pages with additional fees) for full papers, including all figures and references, and must be formatted according to the conference guidelines:
The paper must be formatted according to the guidelines of Procedia Computer Science & Elsevier, considering the following templates: MS Word Template, Latex, and Template Generic
The submissions should honestly follow the common academic ethics in publication (i.e., avoid plagiarism, fraud, double/parallel submissions, self-plagiarism, etc.). All the papers should be checked for plagiarism and AI content generation!
Please keep in mind that NO CHANGES TO THE AUTHORS List WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER ACCEPTANCE, except reordering them only!

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
When submitting your paper, please make sure to respect the following guidelines:
New profiles created without an institutional email will undergo a moderation process that can take up to two weeks.
Author lists should be carefully considered before submission.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)–generated content:
The use of AI-generated content in a paper (including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code) should be disclosed in the acknowledgments section of any submission. The AI system used should be identified and specific sections of the paper that use AI-generated content shall be identified and accompanied by a brief explanation regarding the level at which the AI system was used to generate the content. Indeed, the sections that use AI-generated content shall have a proper citation to the used AI system.
However, the use of AI systems for editing and grammar enhancement is common practice and, as such, is generally outside the intent of the above policy.
Research on Human and Animal Subjects:
Authors of articles reporting on research involving human subjects or animals, including but extending beyond medical research, shall include a statement in the article that the research was performed under the oversight of an institutional review board or equivalent local/regional body, including the official name of the IRB/ethics committee, or include an explanation as to why such a review was not conducted. For research involving human subjects, authors shall also report that consent from the human subjects in the study was obtained or explain why consent was not obtained.onf.sciences@gmail.comf.sciences@gmail.com
