NOTE FOR ACCEPTED PAPERS: Instructions for Camera-ready submission & registration to EUSPN 2025
After accepting your paper, please address all the reviewers' comments then submit & register your camera-ready before September 03, 2025 (Firm) as follows:
1) Make sure you are using correctly one of the following recommended templates with the FULL NAME OFTHE ISFN 2025 Symposium (NOT the name of the EUSPN 2025 Conference) in the event title section:
2) Upload the camera-ready PDF version of your accepted paper to ISFN 2025 Symposium OpenReview at: https://openreview.net/group?id=ISFN/2025/Symposium
Or send the camera-ready files via email to isfn.symposium@gmail.com to do it on your behalf!
3) Submit your Camera-ready files to the EUSPN 2025 Conference considering the guidelines at: https://cs-conferences.acadiau.ca/euspn-25/camera-ready-submission.html
4) Register for EUSPN 2025 Conference at: http://cs-conferences.acadiau.ca/euspn-25/registration.html
Registration Fees: 440 EUR (€) The price for each additional paper for the same (co-)author is 370 EUR (€)

N.B.:
Each accepted paper is limited to 6 pages, but extra pages can be added with each additional page incurring €65 over the length charge (Up to 3 pages!). Each paper CANNOT EXCEED 9 pages in length.
'NO CHANGES' to the authors list in the accepted PDF version will be allowed.
You should address carefully all the reviewers’ comments as that will be STRICTLY MONITORED, and to ensure that your final paper fits the camera-ready format, so the paper can be published.
To ensure that your accepted paper is included in the conference proceedings and will be submitted to appear in the Open Access Procedia Computer Science Series Online, at least one of the authors MUST register for the EUSPN 2024 Conference.
