Attend Virtually

For the authors who selected the in-person mode during the registration process, you have to attend the EUSPN  2025 conference at Istanbul, Türkiye, between 28 and 30 October 2025, to present your paper according to the Final Conference Program available at: https://cs-conferences.acadiau.ca/euspn-25/conference-program.html

However, for those who selected the Online/Virtual mode when registering their paper, they should only record a video stream (mp4 format) at most before October 20, 2025 where ONE of the AUTHORS PRESENTS the paper ORALLY the paper in at most 10-12 minutes using Zoom Workplace while starting the meeting with the recording (you have to activate the recording when you're ready and stop it when finishing the presentation), sharing the slides correctly in full screen mode, and activating the micro & camera based on the following Zoom link:

Note: If you have any problem in using our Zoom link, you can create your own Zoom link (set the name of the meeting with IWIT 2025) using Zoom Meetings Workplace and follow the same subsequent steps...!

Then, rename the pre-recorded MP4 file as "ISFN2025_Presenter-NAME_Your-Paper-ID.mp4" and upload your recorded video to the ISFN 2025 Drive folder at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1f5Ff53qL5n-n6bCd6cINHXhYUq_UyMDv?usp=sharing

Moreover, after successfully uploading your presentation video recording, please send an email to isfn.symposium@gmail.com (Subject: EUSPN/ISFN 2025 - Pre-recorded video successfully uploaded for paper ID) to inform us of the upload and to address any questions regarding your talk. We will then send you your E-Certificate.

From October 28, 2025, you can see the available EUSPN ISFN 2025 published presentations at http://www.youtube.com/@ISFNSymposium/playlists

N.B.: 

• Only ONE (1) (E)-Certificate can be issued for EACH PAPER!

• Please note that live participation is not feasible for virtual mode!

• Please make sure to add in the title slide (1st slide) of your presentation the ISFN 2025 Symposium title at the top, as follows:
