Parasitology science outreach activities at FCQ-UACH. The annual Chemistry week takes place on the premises of the FCQ-UACH since 1974. It is focussed on science outreach and cultural activities aimed at students from all ages, from kindergarten to University. The number of visitor range from 10-20K per year. UG and PG students participate actively in the elaboration of the materials and presentations to the students.

Collaboration with the state's Health Secretary through the state's Department of Vector and Zoonosis Control and the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CENAPRECE, in Spanish).
Multidisciplinary group UACJ-UACH. Various community engagement activities on cities, towns, and/or villages in the state of Chihuahua while on field trips for mosquito and and tick collection. Activities include on-site specimen handling demonstrations, talks, training for blood an arthropod sample collection protocols, free veterinary consultation and application of antiparasitic drugs and other treatments, among other field-trip related activities.
