Welcome Class of 2026!
This year, we are excited to bring both Centennial and Central High Schools together for our virtual Future Freshman Night! The transition from 8th grade to high school is an exciting time for our students, and we are so happy to welcome you into our schools next year! Tonight, you will have an opportunity to learn more about the many opportunities for students and Centennial and Central High Schools, including the diverse array of course offerings, college and career pathways, athletics, and clubs.
We will begin the night with an opening session to welcome all of our incoming freshmen, followed by four breakout sessions where you can choose to learn more about our schools' programs and have an opportunity to interact with our Student Panel.
Before choosing your breakout sessions for tonight, you may want to look through the Curriculum Handbook to learn more about some career pathways and types of courses offered at Unit 4 High Schools.
Schedule:
January 24, 2022
Hear a welcome presentation from Centennial High School Principal, Chuck Neitzel, and Central High School Principal, Joe Williams, as well as school counselors, Anna Covey and Brandi Pelmore.
During each of these Breakout Sessions, you will be able to choose from a variety of topics to learn more about the courses and opportunities at each high school. Each session will be hosted in a live Zoom meeting where you will get to meet some of the staff and ask questions. Sessions will be recorded and posted to this website so they can be viewed at a later time.
