In WCUUSD, we use the i-Ready Diagnostic as a universal screener for students in grades 1 through 10 to give teachers information about students' strengths and needs in relation to essential skills that they can use to plan instruction. WCUUSD students who complete the i-Ready assessment have access to online Personalized Instruction ("My Path") based on their results.
It is recommended that students spend 30-40 minutes each week working on individualized lessons in Personalized Instruction.
Below you will find resources that will help you to deepen your understanding of this tool.
Please note: Some of the resources below are online courses offered by Curriculum Associates. Be sure to save the certificate that you receive at the end of the course as you may count the hours for relicensing.
