WCUUSD VT Comprehensive Assessment Program Site - This site contains resources related to the administration of the Vermont Comprehensive Assessment Program (VTCAP). Vermont implemented this assessment for the first time in Spring 2023. Students in Grades 3-9 are tested in mathematics.
