Charlotte Danielson Training
Washington Central Unified Union School District has adopted Charlotte Danielson's 2013 Framework for Teaching as the foundation of our teacher evaluation and supervision system.
In August 2014 all Washington Central teachers completed a full-day training about this framework in order to gain a deep understanding of our revised definition of good teaching. As we look to continuously strengthen our mentoring program and support new teachers, we are committed to providing this training to our new teachers each year.
New teachers will receive a copy of Danielson's 2013 Framework for Teaching on August 14, 2019.
