Handle Grip Preparation (6 minutes):
Goal: To attach the handles onto the yoga belt grips
Use a driller to drill a hole into the top of the handlebars to open space and make the cutting easier to create for the following step.
Use a razor blade knife safely to cut down the side of the handlebar starting from the bottom opened cylinder all the way to the top, leaving the top of the handle closed.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for an additional handle.

Attach Handle Grip (24 minutes):
Goal: To ensure handle grips are glued and secured on the yoga belt grips
Place one handle grip inside the yoga belt handle strip at the very top.
Gather a packet of Urethane Flexible, High Peel-Strength Adhesive, and a popsicle stick to mix the two solutions inside together to prepare the adhesive.
Add Urethane Flexible, High Peel-Strength Adhesive in the sliced area from the inside and the outside.
Wait 10 minutes for the adhesive to dry.
Repeat the process of attaching the second handle grip to the middle handle strip of the yoga belt.

Attach Rubber to Bottom of Yoga Belt (30 minutes):
Goal: create foot support that will secure the foot from slipping off
Measure rubber length to the same length of of two open loops of the yoga belt and cut accordingly.
Gather a packet of Urethane Flexible, High Peel-Strength Adhesive and a popsicle stick to mix the two solutions inside together to prepare the adhesive.
Spread the Urethane Flexible, High Peel-Strength Adhesive to the yoga belt and the back of the rubber in the middle point of the yoga belt.
Add a heavy weight onto the rubber for it to securely attach to the yoga belt until the adhesive dries.
Wait 10 minutes for the rubber to dry.
Cut extra edges of the rubber safely using a razor blade knife to match the width of the yoga belt .
