Amazon Workplace Experiences
During this course we learned about behaviors to look at work. We learned there are many types of people we will meet one day and sometimes we may not get along with them because they are a certain type of worker we are not used to working with. However, we were assigned a book to read called Toxic Coworkers: How to Deal with Dysfunctional People on the Job by. Alan A. Cavaiola which teaches us how to work with these type of people when you run into them one day. Throughout this course we were required to write a paper about an organization that has holds more than 20 employers and choose an organizational behavior topic and analyze the company. My chosen organization is Amazon. They are one of the biggest online shopping websites in the world. They sell many products such as books, electronics, furniture, appeal, food, and etc. The reason why I chose Amazon is because I always find myself on their website whenever I am trying to look for something I am not aware if we would have here in Boise, or because it is way cheaper. . I chose to do job satisfaction as my organizational behavior topic because job satisfaction is so important. This helps builds trust in the organization which leads to success. If employee at the organization feel like they are doing good and they like what they are doing, then they will try their best to help this company become successful.
