2024 PNW LSAMP Conference

"Thriving in Community"

Boise, Idaho

Boise State University is proud to welcome the PNW LSAMP family to campus. Over the course of three days, students will have the opportunity to connect, learn, and share their research. As students from over 12 different institutions congregate in Boise, we will celebrate the idea and the ideal of "Thriving in Community". Through a variety of activities, workshops, and engaging speakers, you will be able develop your professional identity and grow as an individual. We hope to see you soon!

Welcome to Our Home

Our metropolitan campus runs along the banks of the Boise River, just a quick walk from the heart of Idaho’s largest city.

Our campus is growing right alongside our city, with new, state-of-the art research labs, living and dining spaces, and a brand new high-tech home for visual arts.

We are excited to have you on our campus and look forward to giving you a big Idaho Welcome!

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

Day 0 - April 11

This day is all about a 'pachanga', a celebration of our students. As we welcome guests, we will have an evening party with food, music, and entertainment. Today is all about fun and meeting people.

Day 1 - April 12

The official start of the conference. Beginning with engaging speakers, interactive workshops, and a few surprises here and there, the PNW LSAMP Conference starts with a bang!

Day 2 - April 13

The second day of the conference will continue with more workshops and speakers, but we will also celebrate student research. We will have a poster research competition, where students get to share their work with us.

Day 3 - April 14

As we prepare to say goodbye, we finish the event reflecting on all you have accomplished in the last few days, showcasing an award ceremony, and celebrating our future graduates.
