Professionally, I am an Instructional Designer with 7 years of experience in employee performance support and improvement, e-learning, project management, and team (on-site and remote) leadership. I am an experienced e-learning developer and enjoy building engaging and effective e-learning (English and translations) using Articulate Storyline, Studio, and Rise to support employee learning and performance improvement, LMS selection, implementation, and administration.
