My name is Hülya Hunt. I am a graduate of Boise State University, where I earned my Master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning and a Master's Workplace Instructional Design Certificate. With a solid foundation in education from my experience as a teacher, I am passionate about leveraging my skills and knowledge to transition into the field of instructional design.
Throughout my teaching career, I developed a deep understanding of diverse learning styles and effective teaching strategies that engage learners. This experience has equipped me with valuable insights into creating meaningful learning experiences, an essential aspect of instructional design. I believe that the principles of effective teaching seamlessly translate into developing instructional materials and training programs that enhance workplace learning and performance.
As I embark on the next chapter following the completion of my Master’s program, I am eager to leverage my educational background and instructional design training to develop innovative and impactful learning solutions for organizations. My portfolio reflects this journey, showcasing projects highlighting my expertise in Storyline 360, Camtasia, instructional design, evaluation, game-based learning, LMS, content creation, and needs assessment. Through these projects, I have demonstrated my ability to create user-centered instructional materials, conduct thorough needs assessments, and effectively utilize technology to facilitate engaging learning experiences.
I'd like to invite you to explore my work examples to see how my experiences as a teacher and my studies in organizational performance come together to shape my approach to instructional design. Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to sharing my work with you.
