Education & Certification

I earned my Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) at Boise State University. The OPWL program specializes in preparing individuals to work systematically and in systemic centric ways to identify, analyze, and design interventions to support organizational performance and workplace learning. I am Citi Certified to conduct social-behavioral research and I align my work with ISPI principles.
